Two unique moments in life marked by love are a wedding and the birth of a child. These events are announced with great joy. A wedding or a birth announcement card is sent inviting the world to celebrate along. After they served their initial purpose most cards unfortunately end up forgotten, in a box or drawer.

I offer you the kind of gift people remember forever; a way to keep alive the memories of love these cards announced, by transforming the cards into a memento to keep for yourself or to gift to a loved one.

The wedding announcement card becomes an adorable little house; the birth announcement card a cute little shoe. NEW! Recently I have added heart shaped ornaments, which can be made out of a wedding invitation, birth announcement card, 1st communion card, anniversary invitation, a bat/bar mitzvah invitation or a family holiday card.

To keep the ornaments safe I package each Hug-A-Smile creation in a clear acrylic sphere. The gallery displays some examples of what you can expect.
